Cosy atmosphere and meticulous decoration combining contemporary and Savoyard styles.
24 m² gîte on two levels in a totally independent wooden chalet located in the owners' grounds, close to their home.
Access to the first level via a 6-step stone staircase.
First floor: fitted kitchen with dining area for two, 1 bed 140x200 cm with storage/closet, shower room with WC and walk-in shower.
Upstairs (attic, accessed via a relatively steep and narrow ladder), relaxation area with TV, 2 armchairs and an extra bed (80x190 cm).
Bed linen and towels provided, bed-making and cleaning included. Bike rack available.
Private balcony with table, chairs and parasol.
Land including the owners' house, the Gîte de Moussy and a caravan (tourist rental for 2 people). Close to a small stream.
There is a henhouse nearby, and the owners have a cat.
Moulin de Navilly 1.2 km away. Annecy and its lake 31km, Geneva and Lake Geneva 21km, Chamonix 65km.

Gagneda Maison de Poupèe
C'est une maison de Poupèe, tout est petit ! La cuisine est ds la chambre avec un réfrigérateur qui fait un bruit épouvantable, ce qui est très gênant pr dormir. Pr faire la cuisine et se servir du plan de travail, il faut débarrasser celui-ci de son électroménager, que l'on pose sur le lit n'ayant aucune place de rangement! Enfin, si l'on veux prendre l'apéro au salon, il faut monter, verres, bouteilles et amuses bouches par un escalier de coursive et faire attention arrivé en haut de ne pas se taper la tête à la sous pente! Pour redescendre, c'est aussi tte une gymnastique et surtout ne pas raterla première marche . . .
La location bien sûr n'est faite que pr 2 PERSONNES JEUNES ET EN PLEINE FORME ! ! !- Cleanliness

AP Chalet très agréable
Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par les propriétaires.
Le gîte répond parfaitement à la description, il est pratique, chaleureux, cosy, il y a tout le confort et équipement nécessaire pour un séjour très agréable. On s’y sent très bien. L’environnement est très jolie et calme.Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
