63m² single-storey gîte on the first floor of an old farmhouse comprising the owners' accommodation and a second gîte upstairs.
Separate entrance. Bedroom 1 (180x200 cm bed, closet, chest of drawers with connected TV), living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with table for 4, lounge with 3-seater sofa, connected TV, pellet stove. Private mountain/south-facing terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Corridor leading to bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200 cm, connected TV, open closet) and bathroom (bath, washbasin). Separate WC with washbasin.
Shared parking with the second gîte (private parking spaces) in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Independent access to second gîte via outside staircase. Bed linen provided, beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Bakery 600 m away. La Balme de Sillingy center and shops 1.2 km away, Lac de la Balme and Parc des Jardins de Haute-Savoie 2 km. Hiking within walking distance of the gîte. Annecy 15 km, Jardins Secrets in Vaulx 12 km. Grand Epagny shopping area 8 km.

Lidy Lovely stay
Francis is a very welcoming host who makes you feel right at home. The Gite is spacious and comfortable. Beds sleep very well. And the terrace is a joy. The area is very quite (makes for a good nights sleep) and even if the gite upstairs is occupied there is no noice, the isolation on sound is very good. The only thing I would change is the “comfortable“ seat near the sofa, especially for taller people it is not very comfortable. But the sofa is and we got one of the terrace seats inside and they are very nice. We would without a doubt stay here again when in the area!

Oiseau Rouge gorge
Gîte très confortable, au calme, très propre, décoration et prestations de qualité. Commerces locaux savoureux, proches et facile d accès. Les propriétaires discrets et accueillants, leur pensée de bienvenue est touchante et appréciée. Le séjour est passé trop rapidement, nous sommes très vite comme à la maison !
