Separate entrance. Bedroom 1 (180x200 cm bed, closet, chest of drawers with connected TV), living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with table for 4, lounge with 3-seater sofa, connected TV, pellet stove. Private mountain/south-facing terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Corridor leading to bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200 cm, connected TV, open closet) and bathroom (bath, washbasin). Separate WC with washbasin.
Shared parking with the second gîte (private parking spaces) in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Independent access to second gîte via outside staircase. Bed linen provided, beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
