Perched on the hills above La Balme-de-Sillingy, an 85 m² holiday cottage located in a farmhouse. The owner’s residence is located across the way in a second farmhouse.
Ground-level entry (half a step) to the first floor, featuring a dining area (table for 6) opening onto the living room: 3-seater sofa, armchairs, TV. Access to an outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Open-concept kitchen connected to the dining area. Bathroom (shower, wall-mounted toilet) and laundry room. Stairs leading to the bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm bed; Bedroom 2: 140x190 cm bed and 90x180 cm bed), with storage space under the sloped ceilings. Mezzanine between the bedrooms with a desk area and a sofa bed.
Washing machine in the bathroom. Bedding provided; beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided as an option. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option. Wi-Fi available; connection speed may vary depending on the location (end of the line).
