Panoramic view of the Aravis mountains. On the Col de la Croix Fry road, in a hamlet overlooking the Manigod valley, large chalet comprising 1 gîte, 1 rental and the owners' home. Access via large, gently sloping steps.
Gîte (100 m2 including 11 attics): Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, wood-burning stove (exposed hearth). Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90). Bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (2 beds 90), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140). Bathroom/wc.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Gite uses Renewable Energy (wood pellet central heating) . Balcony, terrace, grounds, barbecue, shared ping-pong table.
Free ski-bus on site during winter season, access to Croix Fry/ Merdassier resort linked to La Clusaz. In summer (July and August) open-air heated swimming pool 5km away (Col de Merdassier).

Lieber Christophe,
Jetzt waren wir das 2. Mal in deiner wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten ein sehr anstrengendes Jahr hinter uns. Da brauchten wir einen Ort, wo wir wussten, da ist es einfach nur schön. So war es dann auch wieder. Wir sind so froh, so einen Ort gefunden zu haben. Es ist so etwas wie ein Sehnsuchtsort geworden. Obwohl wir durch Erkältung angeschlagen waren und keine großen Wanderungen machen konnten, bietet die Region so viel, dass die Zeit auch zu schnell verstrich. Jetzt sind wir wieder in Berlin und haben diesen Platz in unserem Herzen. Liebe Grüße und wir werden bestimmt in den nächsten Jahren mal wieder vorbeigucken, Julia und Mike- Cleanliness
