Panoramic view of the Aravis mountains. On the Col de la Croix Fry road, in a hamlet overlooking the Manigod valley, large chalet comprising 1 gîte, 1 rental and the owners' home. Access via large, gently sloping steps.
Gîte (100 m2 including 11 attics): Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, wood-burning stove (exposed hearth). Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90). Bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (2 beds 90), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140). Bathroom/wc.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Gite uses Renewable Energy (wood pellet central heating) . Balcony, terrace, grounds, barbecue, shared ping-pong table.
Free ski-bus on site during winter season, access to Croix Fry/ Merdassier resort linked to La Clusaz. In summer (July and August) open-air heated swimming pool 5km away (Col de Merdassier).

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Manigod chez Mr et Mme Galet . qui sont très accueillants et de bon conseil . Le chalet est confortable et bien équipé. Merci pour la compagnie de Grisou ( petit chat très affectueux)qui n'était pas prévue au départ .

Lolo Le grand air
Magnifique séjour. Belle découverte d'une magnifique région. Gîte très beau avec vue sur la montagne et en plus des différentes visites, nous avons pu voir le mont blanc au col d'Aravis. Propriétaires très agréables et à l'écoute de nos envies. Merci à eux.
