Panoramic view of the Aravis mountains. On the Col de la Croix Fry road, in a hamlet overlooking the Manigod valley, large chalet comprising 1 gîte, 1 rental and the owners' home. Access via large, gently sloping steps.
Gîte (100 m2 including 11 attics): Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, wood-burning stove (exposed hearth). Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90). Bathroom, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine (2 beds 90), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140). Bathroom/wc.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Gite uses Renewable Energy (wood pellet central heating) . Balcony, terrace, grounds, barbecue, shared ping-pong table.
Free ski-bus on site during winter season, access to Croix Fry/ Merdassier resort linked to La Clusaz. In summer (July and August) open-air heated swimming pool 5km away (Col de Merdassier).

DACJMRFF Neige et soleil à Manigod
Le gîte, placé en face de l'arrêt de la navette est confortable et très bien équipé. Le petit point à améliorer concernerait la salle de bain du bas dont la baignoire pourrait comporter un rideau ou un pare-douche.

Très bon acceuil nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable chalet tres confortable avec vu sur massifs propriétaire a l écoute et tres réactif . Séjour avec de la neige a foison . Nous reviendrons tres vite

Une merveilleuse semaine à tous points de vue :
*confort du chalet et ses équipements + livraison du pain tous les matins ( boulangerie Manigod)
* Beauté du paysage avec la vue imprenable sur la chaîne des Aravis enneigée
* Accueil irréprochable
*Navette gratuite au pied du chalet très appréciable pour se rendre a la Croix fry , Merdassier,la Clusaz, Manigod ( une semaine sans voiture)
