This superb self-contained gîte welcomes you in a warm wooden atmosphere and spacious, light-filled rooms, just a stone's throw from Lake Annecy. Privileged geographical location, overlooking the mountains, and private grounds in an enclosed complex with a second independent gîte. For your comfort, bed and bath linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included.

A few steps from the Lake Annecy road, detached 92 m² chalet plus attic on two levels. Situated on a large enclosed plot with views towards the Lake and its mountains, it also includes a second Holiday cottage. Parking below the Holiday cottage, access to the main level via a sheltered outside staircase allowing access via the main door or the kitchen.
1st floor: entrance hall with corridor leading to living room. Living room with 2-seater sofa and armchairs, wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Access to panoramic balcony. Dining table in front of independent fitted kitchen. Access to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, balcony access) and bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm). Bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: access by staircase, relaxation/living area with sofa and sitting area in attic (TV, stereo, games...), office area and bookcases. Secondary balcony access. Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190 cm) and bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190 cm).
On the 1st floor, large balcony facing south and east with furniture, enclosed grounds with gate. Access to private plot.
Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, housekeeping included.
Lake, Beach and port (Doussard) 2km away. Greenway access around the Lake 700m away. Bout du Lake nature reserve. Hiking in the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park.
