800m from Lake Annecy, in a quiet, protected area, quality detached chalet (approx. 50 m2) on two levels. Situated on a large plot with Lake and Mountain views, which also includes the owners' second home, which can also be rented out. Parking below the chalet, a few steps lead up to the chalet.
Garden level: entrance hall with shower room and WC. Separate fitted kitchen with dining table. Living room with rapido sofa bed (140cm), TV, stereo and library/games area. Staircase to first floor, where attic bedroom (160x200cm bed, armchair, desk) with window and velux window. South-facing terrace with large electric awning, enclosed grounds with gate.
