180m² detached Holiday cottage in a two-storey house plus basement.
Terrace and landscaped garden with heated swimming pool in summer (May to September). Petanque court, ping-pong table.
On garden level, entrance hall with checkroom leading to bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm), separate WC and stairs. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (American fridge, dining table, direct access to terrace) and storeroom.
Dining table for 10. Continuing on, living room with large sofa and coffee table, TV stand, wooden fireplace (half-level with 2 steps).
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with different styles and double beds (140x190 cm). Balcony for each bedroom. Second living room with rapido sofa bed, 140cm TV, small bookcase and balcony access. Large bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and walk-in shower (1 to 2 steps). Separate WC.
Basement laundry room with washing machine, dryer and sink. Additional WC.
Garden furniture and outdoor dining table, gas barbecue, deckchairs. Quietly located in a small hamlet, at the end of the road, with parking in the courtyard directly in front of the house. Entrance by outside staircase.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Linen and towels (1 towel per person) are also provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. No electric vehicle charging facilities available.

Local shops in Villaz (2 km) and Annecy-le-Vieux (8 km). Numerous summer and winter activities nearby. Annecy lake, beaches, casino, old town 9 km away, first ski resorts 28 km away: Aravis (La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand, Manigod).
