Near Lake Annecy, in the heart of a clearing with views of La Tournette, the Aravis mountains and the Bauges, set of 2 adjoining chalets in a quiet location.
Holiday cottage 40m² + attic.
First floor: kitchenette in living room (Z sofa bed 140, armchair), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: attic mezzanine (1 bed 140), small attic bedroom (1 bed 90 + 1 bed 90 drawer).
Private terrace, grounds. Shared laundry (washing machine for both Holiday cottages).
Beach (Doussard) 2km away. Bout du Lake nature reserve. Hiking in the Massif des Bauges Regional Nature Park. Ski: Aravis resorts 38km away (La Clusaz, le Grand Bornand, La croix Fry Merdassier), Golf (Giez) 8km away. Paragliding Doussard 1.5km, La Forclaz 15km.

Le logement est tout équipé et fonctionnel. Il est très proche de la nature.
Patricia nous a accueilli avec plein d'attentions.
Elle nous a fourni des conseils (restaurants, randos,...).
Elle a été relativement souple et compréhensive sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la gîte de Patricia. Petit chalet bien agencé, le cadre est très agréable et dépaysant, en pleine nature tout en étant à deux pas du lac d'annecy (même pas 5mn en voiture). Beaucoup de chemins de randonnée à proximité. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir !

Julia Petit chalet très bien situé
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le chalet. L’accueil par Patricia et son compagnon était très chaleureux et sympathique. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactifs. Le chalet est très bien situé, la vue sur la Tournette est incroyable. Attention en hiver, le sol est froid, pensez à vos chaussons. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

IsaSergio parfait !
Parfait ! Emplacement idéal pour ce gîte situé très au calme, dernier en impasse avant la forêt. A proximité immédiate du Lac d'Annecy, il permet de magnifiques promenades, à pied ou à vélo. Il est très cocoon, joliment décoré, et équipé de tout le confort nécessaire. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux. Nous avons déjà prévu d'y retourner au printemps prochain. je le recommande à 100 %.
