Holiday cottage 36m2 on 1st floor: kitchenette opening onto living room (rapido 140 sofa bed), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90). Shower room, separate toilet.
Bed linen provided, Beds made on arrival. Shared washing machine, central heating, shared courtyard, panoramic balcony, portico, table tennis.
Le Chinaillon/Grand-Bornand village center 0.8 km away. Le Grand-Bornand village 6 km away, many activities and events, ice rink. Holiday cottage on the Col de la Colombière road.

Aurepap Gîte très bien pour une semaine en famille
Gîte confortable, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour à la montagne en hiver.
Accueil discret et agréable, avec une bonne surprise locale à notre attention, que nous avons pu déguster pendant la semaine.
Situation idéale pour se rendre au centre du village à pieds en moins de 10 min, ou bien au départ des remontées pour le ski en navette à 1km environs : l'arrêt est quasi devant le chalet.
Très belle vue depuis le séjour face aux montagnes et le balcon pour profiter.
La route départementale est passante la journée mais nous n'avons pas été génés : côté salon nous faisons pas attention, bruits lointains. Pour dormir, côté chambre, la nuit c'est plutôt calme alors cela ne gêne pas non plus.
Très bien équipé également, pièces spacieuses et de la place pour ranger toutes les affaires.
Nous recommandons ce gîte et pourquoi pas y retourner, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances !- Cleanliness
