Tastefully decorated gîte (21m² + 6m² attic space) on the 1st floor of a restored farmhouse comprising 2 other gîtes on the same level, the owners' home and family restaurant. Shared entrance.
Kitchen opening onto living room, seating area.
Duplex: attic bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), open-plan shower room (shower, washbasin, towel dryer, WC), access to balcony (garden furniture, deckchairs). Laundry shared by all 3 gîtes (washing machine). Shared garden overlooking Lake Geneva (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue).
Parking lot. Bed linen rental. Private ski locker.
Ski: Les Habères 4.2km. Thonon, Thermes, Lac Léman 17km, numerous hikes in Vallée Verte. Geneva 34km.
Little or no cell phone network.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte ! Très propre et parfaitement équipé, il offre un confort optimal, notamment avec un lit et un duvet d’une grande qualité. Bien que de petite taille, il est idéal pour deux personnes. Le matin, quelle merveille de pouvoir observer les chamois depuis la fenêtre ! Le propriétaire est extrêmement accueillant et nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations pour des balades et randonnées dans la région. Un véritable havre de paix, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
We had an excellent stay at this cottage! Very clean and well-equipped, it offers great comfort, especially with a high-quality bed and duvet. Although small, it is perfect for two people. In the morning, it was a delight to watch the chamois from the window! The owner is extremely welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for walks and hikes in the area. A true haven of peace—we will gladly return!

Ambiance Savoyarde typique dans le logement, cadre extérieur magnifique, les chamois tous les jours sous nos fenêtres. Accueil très chaleureux et bon restaurant. Bref.

Vraiment à la montagne : la chaleur et la sympathie de l'accueil au logement tout en bois avec une déco de très bon goût et un confort génial le tout dans un cadre unique au sommet d'un col avec une vue imprenable : que du bonheur...
