Spacious Holiday cottage (98m2), on one level, in an old Savoyard farmhouse renovated in a warm and welcoming chalet style. The farmhouse also includes 2 other units, each with its own independent entrance. You'll appreciate the spaciousness and authenticity of the premises, as well as the magnificent view of Mont-Blanc from the terrace and garden.

The accommodation is laid out on a single level, as follows: Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room and lounge area (sofa, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bunk bed 90cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bath), separate toilet, laundry area. Bed linen included (beds made on arrival), as well as towels. Wifi Internet access. Private garden with 2 terrace areas: forest table, gas plancha, parasol and deckchairs + covered relaxation area with bench. Parking in front of the Holiday cottage, or below (2 spaces). Shared power socket for your electric vehicle (extra charge). Saint-Gervais town center 5km away (10 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, Piscine, Ice rink, Tourist Office. Le Gollet shuttle stop 200m away: links to the ski area (Bettex), Saint-Gervais gondola, or Saint-Nicolas de Véroce (chairlift).
