Located in Merdassier, between the village of Manigod and La Clusaz, this cozy holiday cottage—housed in a mountain chalet—welcomes you to an authentic and unspoiled setting. Enjoy a bright living area with a fireplace and a balcony-terrace offering a magnificent view of the surrounding peaks and the slopes. In winter, head straight to the Manigod–La Clusaz ski area on skis; in summer, savor the atmosphere of an alpine Chalet nestled among hiking and mountain biking trails. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, combining a warm, friendly atmosphere with nature and the great outdoors.

A 100-square-meter holiday cottage (+ 12 square meters of attic space) spread over two levels (first and second floors) in a Chalet that also includes another holiday cottage on the ground floor. The Chalet is located in Merdassier, between the center of the village of Manigod and La Clusaz. Accommodates up to 11 people (at no extra charge). You’ll be welcomed by the owners, who live nearby.
Separate entrance via the garage on the ground floor or directly to the first floor through the living area.

- Living/dining room: dining table, sofas, TV, fireplace (firewood included), access to terrace and balcony.
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x190 cm).

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: 3 beds (90x190 cm), access to balcony.
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed (160x200 cm), access to balcony.
- Bedroom 4: 1 bed (140x190 cm), baby bed.
- Attic sleeping area: 1 bed (140x190 cm).
- Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- 1 separate toilet.
Wifi Internet. Optional: rental of sheets/bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning.
South-east and south-west facing terrace-balcony. Outdoor furniture, barbecue, and lounge chairs. Magnificent panoramic views of the mountains (L’Etale, Charvin) and the ski slopes.
Private parking on-site next to the Chalet.

In winter, access to the slopes directly from the Chalet. In spring and summer, enjoy the atmosphere of an alpine Chalet. Working farm in front of the Chalet.
In Merdassier (during the season only): 600m away, you’ll find a bakery, Sherpa supermarket, ski/bike rental, newsstand, and summer swimming pool. All shops are in La Clusaz, 9km away. The village center of Manigod is 10km away. Thônes is 16 km away. Shuttle stop below the Chalet at the large Merdassier parking lot, 200 m away.
Skiing on-site (Merdassier-La Croix-Fry/Manigod connected to the La Clusaz ski area). The Chevreuil chairlift is 400m away.
Lake Annecy and its beaches are 31km away; Annecy is 37km away. Numerous summer and winter hikes, snowshoeing, and mountain biking trails start right from the Chalet.
Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
