Shared parking with the second gîte, direct access to the site of the completely independent tiny house.
Entrance through fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker...) opening onto living room (wall-mounted TV, Bluetooth speaker, 2 armchairs). Separate shower room (shower, vanity sink, WC, dry toilet).
Access to mezzanine (low ceiling) via ladder (1 bed 160x200 cm, blackout curtains).
