110m² terraced house (+10m² attic) arranged over 3 levels + garage/laundry level, in a lovely warm atmosphere. The 2nd part of the semi-detached house is occupied by one other owner.
Access to gîte via private courtyard, separate entrance.
First floor: 1-car garage, laundry room with washing machine.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto dining area and living room (corner sofa, TV), balcony with garden table, view of Lake Geneva. Small shower room/wc.
2nd floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm separable into 2 beds 80cm, tv), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), large bathroom with shower and bath. 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
3rd floor: large bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm with 2 separately reclinable 80cm mattresses, tv, convertible sofa 160cm, storage space, view of Lake Geneva.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels for hire, optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Private parking in courtyard, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
The gîte is located on the outskirts of the village of Ballaison, along a main road (D20).
Lake Geneva shoreline, Chens-sur-Léman beach 8km, Sciez beach and Excenevex sandy beach 9.5km. Ballaison center 500m away. Bus stop next to the house (Thonon bus network). All shops, supermarkets and services in Douvaine 3.5km. Thonon-Les-Bains (Thermes) 17km, Evian-Bains 27km. Medieval village of Yvoire 11km. Geneva / Switzerland 20km. Numerous walks in the Chablais region, including from the gîte.
