In an old renovated farmhouse, between the lakes and peaks of the Chablais region, mountain atmosphere for this gîte (85m²+mansardes) on the 2nd floor (1st floor from parking lot). Farm includes 1 other gîte, the owners' home and 2 year-round rentals. Shared entrance from rear of cottage.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, access to balcony (mountain view), bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, shower room, separate toilet. Small storeroom
Duplex: mezzanine with sofa and desk, bedroom 2 with 3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be twinned.
