Between Lac Léman and the Haut-Chablais peaks, close to the Bernex ski slopes, old country farm with owners' accommodation, 2 year-round rentals and 2 gîtes.
87m² gîte on 2nd level (1st floor from parking lot). Shared entrance. Mountain atmosphere.
Fitted kitchen with dining area and access to balcony, living room (access to 2nd small balcony). Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, shower room, separate toilet. Small storeroom.
Duplex: mezzanine (1 bed 90cm), bedroom 2 (3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be twinned).
2 balconies (south and east). Shared with other gîte: garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parking, 1-car garage.
Central heating. Optional: bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tennis court available. Vacation center in hamlet. Discovery trails (Dent d'Oche). Lac de la Beunaz (pool, swimming/fishing) 800 m away. Spa town of Evian 12 km, fitness center.

Guillaume Gîte très agréable et bien situé
Le gîte est très agréable et spacieux. Belles boiseries, bien lumineux, avec vue sur la dent d'Oche et la montagne en général.
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui logent sur place à l'étage en dessous. Bouquet de fleurs à l'arrivée, assiette de charcuretire en milieu de séjour. Discrétion et bienveillance, vraiment parfait.
La station de ski (Bernex) est à 10 minutes en voiture, c'est une petite station familiale avec 3 télésièges et une dizaine de téléskis. Des randonnées sont possibles en partant à pied du gîte.
