In the heart of the Hirmentaz mountain pasture in summer, on the slopes in winter, 120 m2 detached Savoyard chalet in an exceptional Location. Garden level: kitchen opening onto dining/living room, bathroom, separate toilet, utility room. 1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm) balcony access, bedroom 3 (3 beds 90x190cm) balcony access, mezzanine sleeping area (1 bed 90x190cm). Shower room/WC, balcony.
Sheets available for hire. Housework package on request, to be agreed and paid directly to the owner. Underfloor electric heating (consumption billed according to meter reading) + convector heaters, fireplace (wood supplied).
Terrace, grounds, garden furniture and barbecue. A resort with the warm, family atmosphere of Hirmentaz. 200 m walk to Holiday cottage in winter only. 2 ski areas in the commune. Lake Geneva 25 km away.

Sarah Havre de paix à Hirmentaz
Séjour exceptionnel au sein du chalet. Un vrai bonheur d'être sur les pistes directement et d'avoir bar/restaurant/location de ski etc à proximité. Le chalet est ressourçant et à tout le nécessaire pour vivre. Un véritable cocon chaleureux.
La disponibilité et l'extrême gentillesse de la fille des propriétaires fait que l'ont y retournera très vite.

Merciiiîii, notre chalet est certe magnifique, et accueillir nos hôtes est un réel plaisir ,car nous rencontrons beaucoup de personnes d horizons différents et forts ,forts sympathiques comme vous.

Carole CHALET AU MILIEU DES PISTES
Propriétaires charmants et arrangeants. Descriptif identique à la réalité. Chalet spacieux, bien aménagé et idealement situé : ski aux pieds. Pour y accéder une petite grimpette de 200m dans la neige. Tout l'équipement pour passer de bons séjour en famille ou entre amis : appareil à fondue, raclette, bouilloire, cafetières, lave vaisselle et lave linge. Nous pensons revenir cette fois en été car de nombreuses randonnées au départ du chalet.
