Located next to the aquatic center and just a short walk from the shops and ski lifts in Superchatel, the apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Portes du Soleil and fully enjoying the mountains in any season, summer or winter.

A 63-square-meter holiday cottage located on the ground floor of a large Chalet that also houses other holiday cottages, the owners’ residence, and the owners’ Ski rental shop.
Separate entrance via the holiday cottage’s terrace on the side of the Chalet.

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dining table, corner sofa, TV, floor-to-ceiling window leading to the balcony.
- 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 cm and 1 bed 80x190 cm), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm).
- 1 bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rack.
- 1 separate toilet.
South-facing terrace and balcony (overlooking the Piscine area—Chatel Aquatic Center) with outdoor furniture. Shared garden and grounds (adjacent to the aquatic center).
Parking spaces in the courtyard.
Shared laundry room for all holiday cottages (5 units) with a washing machine.
Wifi Internet. Optional: bed linens, bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Ski and bike storage available in the owners’ garage. Construction in progress visible from the terrace and balcony (below the Chalet—see photos).

The Chalet is located right next to the O-shaped swimming pool/aquatic center. Resort center (shops and Restaurants) is 300m away. Shuttle stop is 200m away.
Skiing: Superchâtel ski lifts 600m away, Le Linga 2km away. Numerous hiking trails and summer and winter activities in the Abondance Valley.
Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains (Thermal baths, Casino, Boats to Switzerland...) 40 km away. Swiss border (Pas de Morgins) 4 km away. Lavey Thermal Baths (Switzerland) 30 km away
