Whether you’re hiking, skiing, relaxing, or exploring the Abondance Valley, enjoy the beautiful wood-paneled interior and mountain views of this holiday cottage. Shuttle stop 200 meters away; Superchâtel 600 meters away.

A 56-square-meter holiday cottage located on the ground floor (4 steps from the parking lot) of a large Chalet that also includes other holiday cottages, the owners’ residence, and the owners’ Ski rental shop.

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dining table, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people (2x80 cm), TV, storage area, access to the balcony.
- 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, access to the balcony.
- 1 bathroom: walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer.
- 1 separate toilet.
Balcony (facing the Piscine area—Châtel Aquatic Center) with a small garden table. On the lower level of the Chalet, shared garden and grounds (toward the aquatic center).
Parking spaces in the courtyard.
Shared laundry room for all 5 Holiday cottages, equipped with a washing machine.

The Chalet is located right next to the O-shaped Piscine/aquatic center. The resort center (shops and Restaurants) is 300m away. Shuttle stop is 200m away.
Skiing: Superchâtel ski lifts 600m away, Le Linga 2km away. Numerous hiking trails and summer and winter activities in the Abondance Valley.
Lake Geneva, Evian-les-Bains (Thermal baths, Casino, Boats to Switzerland...) 40 km away. Swiss border (Pas de Morgins) 4 km away. Lavey Thermal Baths (Switzerland) 30 km away
