In a quiet area, pleasant 40m² Holiday cottage on the ground floor of the owners' house. Mountain atmosphere and decor. Independent entrance via private terrace.
Kitchen opening onto living room (2x1 person sofa bed), bedroom (1 x 140cm bed). Bathroom (shower), separate WC.
Electric and solar heating. Holiday cottage using renewable energy.
Bed linen and towels provided. Sheets and towels can be changed during your stay for an additional charge (12 € double bed sheets / 10 € single bed sheets / 5€ towels).
Garden, private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking. Possibility of renting for 4 people at no extra charge (contact Gîtes de France® reservations department).
Ski: 3 km from Thollon, 10 min from Bernex, Portes du Soleil 30 min. Swiss border 20 min. Evian les Bains beaches and Thermal baths 8 km. Base de loisirs de la Beunaz.

Catherine Bel endroit
La location correspond à la description. Le propriétaire habite au dessus et ça ne présente aucun problème, il est même prêt à partager les mûres de son jardin trop abondantes. On est sur un plateau entre le lac Léman (on le voit entre les arbres) et les montagnes du Chablais derrière et donc au bon endroit pour découvrir la région qui ne manque pas de points d'intérêt. La maison est au bord de la forêt donc on peut profiter de la venue des biches et d'un rapace.
