Comfortable studio of 30m2 fitted out in ground-garden of a house of type chalet also including another lodging, 2 housing owners, as well as a rented accommodation in the year (adjoining).
Common entrance on the back of the house. Integrated kitchen area open to living room (TV, sofa convertible rapido offering a comfortable sleeping 140x190cm), office area, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Internet wifi. Sheets are included. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Ski 1,8km in winter to télécabine of the Princess. Village center of Megève and Sports Palace at 4,5km (swimming pool, spa area, tennis etc ...).
Center of Combloux and water biotope (summer bathing) 2km. Many hiking trails nearby in summer.
Thermes de St-Gervais at 10km. Stay 3 weeks -10%.

Superbe logement
5/5Nous recommandons vivement ce joli logement, petit mais tellement fonctionnel ! L’équipement est top et de qualité : lave vaisselle, machine à laver, four, et canapé convertible très confortable ! Studio d’une propreté irréprochable, et petite douceur à l’arrivée ! Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Sylvie et Guy, qui nous ont conseillé de jolies balades. Le logement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre de Combloux pour une jolie vue sur le Mont Blanc, moins de 10 min de Megeve et 30 min de Chamonix !

5/5Studio fonctionnel, propre ,avec une belle terrasse et très bien situé moins d’un kilomètre des télécabines… Des propriétaires accueillant qui nous ont conseillé pour les visites et les randonnées.. que des points positifs à louer sans hésitation
