Bedroom with 160x200 cm bed. Shower room with WC and washing machine. Underfloor heating. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen included. Wifi internet access.
North-west terrace (3 steps) with furniture and barbecue, private access from parking area. Petanque court in front of the terrace. Terrace side faces the surrounding countryside away from the 1201 departmental road.
Annecy and lake 15 minutes away, Aix-Les-Bains (lake and spa) 25 minutes away, skiing and hiking at Le Semnoz 20 minutes/15 km. Shops in the immediate vicinity of the gîte (bakery, butcher's, etc.).
