40 m2 gîte on 1st floor: kitchenette in living room (rapido 140 sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90). Shower room, separate toilet.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Shared washing machine, central heating, shared courtyard, balcony, portico.
Gîte on the Col de la Colombière road. Village center of Chinaillon / Grand-Bornand 0.8 km. Le Grand Bornand village 6 km away, numerous activities and events, ice rink. Short stays on request from the owner.

Beatus Cristolianus Excellent gîte !
Appartement confortable dans un chalet aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé. Une note particulière pour la chambre : en plus d'être joliment décorée et menuisée, le couchage est vraiment très agréable, ce qui n'est pas fréquent dans des locations saisonnières. L'emplacement est bien situé, facile à trouver (si du moins on sait que la station-service Elan qui est proche s'appelle dorénavant Total Energy), calme la nuit et la vue du salon sur la montagne est très reposante. Le wi-fi, commun aux autres appartements en location, est parfois un peu capricieux (il faut notamment relancer sur le portail d'accès en cas d'inutilisation), mais a le mérite d'être présent, contrairement à bien d'autres locations en montagne.
La propriétaire est très accueillante et réside au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui est un plus en cas de problème.- Cleanliness
