This 26m² holiday cottage features tasteful decor and rustic mountain charm. It is located on the first floor of a restored old farmhouse that also houses two other holiday cottages on the same level, as well as the owners’ home and family-run restaurant. Shared entrance.
Open-concept kitchen leading into the living room, with a bench seat.
Duplex layout: Bedroom (1 bed, 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower, sink, towel warmer, toilet), access to the balcony (garden furniture, lounge chairs).
Shared laundry room for all 3 holiday cottages (washing machine). Shared yard/garden with a view of Lake Geneva, lounge chairs, patio furniture. Barbecue. Private parking, courtyard. Sheet rental available. Private ski locker.
Skiing: Les Habères 4.2 km. Thonon, Thermal baths, Lake Geneva 17 km; numerous hiking trails in the Vallée Verte. Geneva 34 km.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, vu en haut du col du cou sur le lac Léman superbe. Beaucoup de possibilités de promenade et de visite dans la région. Endroit calme et reposant.
Ce gîte possède de nombreuses découverte et d'activités au vu d'un panorama excellent avec en plus le restaurant tenu par les propriétaires cuisinant des produits locaux de qualités.

Gîte bien situé avec vue sur Leman et chamois qui viennent manger matin et soir derrière le gîte. Calme et repos assurés.

Description du logement correspondant à l'annonce. Bien aménagé, mais une commode pour le rangement des vêtements dans la chambre serait un plus. Balcon appréciable pour la prise des repas avec vue sur le Lac Léman et les cols environnants. Environnement très calme, parcours de randonnée à proximité. Véhicule nécessaire pour tout déplacement. Parking à partager parfois avec les clients du restaurant. Hôtes sympathiques et accueillants.
