128m2 duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors of a renovated farmhouse that also includes 2 other gîtes, as well as the owners' accommodation. Each has its own private entrance.
Separate entrance on 1st floor via outside staircase.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room (Italian shower, washing machine + tumble dryer), separate toilet.
2nd floor: mezzanine area with TV and convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 160x190cm, bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, private open-plan shower room), separate wc.
On the same level: wellness room with infrared sauna, walk-in shower and washbasin-vasque. Wifi Internet access. Private ski locker.
Bed linen included. Linen rental available.
Covered south-east terrace with garden furniture (roadside). Shared parking for all 3 gîtes on the property (opposite the gîte). Reinforced socket for recharging electric car.
Morillon ski lifts, downhill and cross-country ski trails 200m away. Lac Bleu leisure center 600m away: summer swimming, horseback riding, tree climbing, tennis, etc.
Samoëns village 4km away. Numerous hikes nearby or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval cirque reserve 17km away.
Gîte in the heart of the resort: house and apartment along the main road.

Violaine Séjour familial à Morillon
Le chalet est parfait pour un séjour en famille, on était 3 couples dont 2 avec enfants en bas âge (2 et 4 ans) et un bébé, ainsi qu'une personne seule. Le chalet a permis de bien se répartir l'espace on n'avait pas l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Il est très bien équipé et chaleureux. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis et accompagnés dans le séjour. Le village est très bien pour un séjour au ski, les remontées pour la station de Morillon sont à cinq minutes et l'accès au ski nordique à trente minutes en voiture. Je recommande!

Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est également proche de super marchés, boulangerie, remontées… nous avons été très satisfait de ce séjour !

Family with kids Nice stay!
Nice stay with all amenities. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Nice rooms. Wifi is strong. Parking on site. Nice terrace (OK for 4 to 5 people, but too small for 8 to 10 according to the capacity). Overall the spaces are really large for the capacity. You also have a lot of space in a group (large table, large sofa, many separate rooms). Good contact and clear agreements with the owner. Private entrance.
For summer tenants it is very nice that you have Lac Blue within walking distance (600 m) for swimming and refreshing. A slightly warmer swimming pond in Samoens is 4 km away.
The only disadvantage: the terrace is located along the busy road... a lot of noise (but a beautiful view!!!)
Finally: maybe a little too expensive, but you do get a nice apartment in a good location!
