LE DENT D'OCHE gîte of 45 m2 on the 1st floor: equipped kitchen with dining area, BZ 140x190 living room and 90x190 sofa bed, bedroom (1 140x190 bed). Washing machine, Shower room/WC, balcony. Central heating. The beds will be made for your arrival. Lake Geneva, Evian, thermal baths 12km away. Bernex ski resort 1.5 km away, cross-country skiing 1 km away. Numerous walks and hikes departing from the gîte. Beunaz leisure center (in summer: swimming pool fed by lake water, tree climbing, games for children, etc.) 4km away. Geneva 50km Annecy 94km Our traditional house, easy to access, 800 m from the village center, offers you a personalized welcome and permanent help throughout the year. Charging of electric vehicles prohibited. Rental only every two weeks during the summer holidays.

Belle vue et bien équipé
4/5bon accueil dans un chalet agréable, bien isolé et bien équipé (surtout la cuisine) :
plaque gaz, beaucoup d'appareils électroménagers. Lave vaisselle silencieux.
petit bémol pas de canapé pour regarder la TV.

5/5Propriétaire très accueillant.logement au top très bien équipé. Face à la montagne,proximité des activités, nombreux chemins de randonnées et découverte de la vallée d'Abondance,le lac Leman à moins de 10 kms. N'hésitez pas !

5/5Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire d'un gîte très bien équipé. Le lit est prêt quand on arrive (ce n'est pas négligeable). Très bonne exposition,Une super vue sur la Dent d'Oche et la station , coucher de soleil sur la montagne...

5/5Dans un appartement correspondant à la description, très bien situé (proche de la station et du centre ville) et ensoleillé, nous avons passé un bon séjour. La cuisine même petite est très bien équipée pour profiter des spécialités culinaires savoyardes et hivernales. Nous reviendrons à Bernex!
