Kitchen/living area (rapido sofa bed offering 130cm extra bed, Tv), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 bunk beds 90cm). Shower room with toilet. Central heating.
Panoramic terrace, enclosed garden, barbecue, garden furniture.
Sheets and towels provided.
Gîte located halfway between Megève and Combloux, 700 m from the Princesse gondola, a ski area linked to Megève. Combloux resort 4 km away, Baroque trail. Numerous hikes starting from the gîte. Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains thermal baths 10 km away.

Nicolas Passage en 2025
Un petit logement avec jardinet et surtout une vue imprenable sur le massif du mont blanc. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, la literie très confortable. Une petite critique sur la qualité de la vaisselle. Sans aucun doute que cela va être corrigé. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Petit séjour très agréable, la vue du mont blanc du logement est très belle

Andrea Charming apartment in the heart of the French Alps
We loved our stay at this wonderful apartment in Demi-Quartier! The host was so friendly and welcoming, and the apartment is charming, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything one might need. There were some terrific hikes close by in the Combloux area, and beautiful Chamonix was also within reach. We hope to come back and stay longer!
