Discover this beautiful, spacious bed and breakfast on the first floor of the owners' Chalet, located in a quiet area in the hills above Thones.
Independent entrance to the Bed and breakfast.
The Bed and breakfast comprises:
- A large private entrance hall leading on one side to the sleeping area and on the other to the bathroom.
- Room with 1 bed 150x200cm, 2 armchairs, TV (102 cm), table and 2 stools for eating, access to the terrace.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Dressing area.
- Before the bedroom, small area with fridge, pod coffee maker, kettle, microwave.
Total 46m² of private space.
South-facing corner terrace, reserved for the Bed and breakfast, with magnificent panoramic views over Thones and the surrounding mountains. Parking on the property.
An optional Spa/Jacuzzi is available on reservation (€30 for a 45-minute session).
The owner, Ariane, will be happy to prepare breakfast for you using local produce.
Fiber-optic wifi Internet access.
Bed linen and towels + bathrobes + breakfast included in the price.
Electric car recharging possible via traditional domestic socket (€5/day, payment directly to the owner).
1 pet allowed. 2nd Pets allowed on request before booking.
Center of Thônes (supermarkets, shops and activities) 3km away. Ski in Aravis resorts: Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz 13km away. La Croix Fry/Manigod (linked to La Clusaz) 16km.

Nics Charming chalet, home and hosr
Absolutely delighted with the property location & the chambre d’hote itself.
The accommodation was very spacious, beautifully designed, furnished and immaculately clean.
The welcome pack included various teas, coffee, sparkling water, milk and some delicious biscuits.
Ariane was a delightful host who prepared a delicious breakfast during our stay which included pastries from the local patisserie, fresh bread, locally produced yoghurts, fruit, fresh juices and jams as well as various teas and coffee.
We are already missing the mountain views and the tranquility of the place.- Cleanliness

Ariane connait très bien cette superbe région tellement dépaysante.Elle nous a préparé de bons et copieux petits déjeuners avec des produits locaux. Ce gîte est exceptionnel. Nous avons passé un agréable moment.
La propreté et le descriptif sont au-delà de nos attendes.
La literie, est très bonne et permet de passer de très bonnes nuits.
L’hôtesse, est très accueillante, discrète mais disponible dès que vous lui demandez de l'aide.
Les petits déjeuner sont locaux. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à cet endroit. Nous le recommandons vivement. Nous avons rarement autant apprécié un gîte le rapport qualité prix est très honnête.- Cleanliness

Son Le meilleur gîte
Ariane est une très bonne hôte et les prestations sont d'un niveau haut de gamme. Le chalet est très beau et spacieux, le cadre est magnifique et le petit déjeuner est d'un niveau exceptionnel. Les animaux sont aussi acceptés sans supplément ce qui est très rare.
