Relaxing setting for this 42 m2 duplex gîte in the owners' chalet, 400 m from the lake.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (80x190cm trundle beds - 2 pers.). Storeroom, hall. Upstairs: bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm) with access to balcony and garden, shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, grounds.
Bed linen provided.
Evian-Les-Bains spa and fitness center 1.5 km away. Gîte located at the foot of the Gavot plateau: numerous hiking trails. Ideal for spa-goers and nature lovers. Close to the Swiss border. Skiing at Bernex and Thollon 12 km.

Atl35 Gite confortable et accueil agréable
Gite très propre. Pièce de vie agréable. Chambre et sanitaires à l'étage, bien agencé et confortable. Bémol cependant vis a vis de l'escalier en colimaçon pour l'accès a l'étage : difficile pour les personnes peu lestes et enfants en bas âge. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire.

castiglione séjour d'une réussite absolue
Il s'agit de notre troisème séjour "Chez Zian"

Les Ardéchoix Séjour Evian
Dans ce superbe chalet , c’est la cinquième fois que nous y venons de passer un très agréable séjour.
Ce gîte est bien équipé, très confortable et très propre. Il est implanté dans un cite magnifique Depuis les 2 terrasses du gîte nous avons une vue formidable sur le lac. C'est toujours avec un immense plaisir que nous retrouvons ce chalet. Nous conseillons ce gîte.- Cleanliness
