Land, private covered terrace (west) with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs in summer. Ski storage on terrace.
Electric heating. Parking in front of the gîte.
The gîte is close to the owners' farm, who will be delighted to share their work with you (the family's cheese-making farm is 200m away).
Skiing 1km away in winter (Vercland cable car): access to the Grand Massif ski area including the resorts of Samoëns, Morillon, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval (265 km of runs).
Samoëns village center 2.5km away: shops, restaurants, swimming pool, skating rink, botanical garden. Grand Massif-Express 1.8km away.
Numerous activities in the area: hiking, mountain biking, rafting, paragliding, etc.
