The ideal place for a peaceful stopover in the Countryside and mountains, just 10 minutes from Lake Annecy!

75 m² Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of a house comprising an unoccupied room on the first floor and the owners' semi-detached house.
Access by outside staircase to private, equipped and sheltered terrace.

Entrance into living area comprising open-plan kitchen with dining table, living room with sitting area (sofa and armchairs, wood-burning stove, wall-mounted TV).
Separate shower room (shower, double washbasin) and WC. Bedroom 1 with bed 160x200 cm, bedroom 2 with 2 beds 90x190 cm which can be moved closer together, and space for a baby bed. In the hallway, access to an interior staircase hidden in the closet leading to a laundry room with washing machine, dedicated sink and complementary shower.

Wifi (fiber). Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional.

The room under the Holiday cottage can accommodate your bicycles, skis, etc. A swing is available in an area shared with the owners.
Parking in the courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage. Electric vehicle recharging possible via domestic socket, at extra charge.
The presence of a pond and stream nearby requires vigilance.

Access road to hamlet, with little traffic. Departmental road less than 300 m away, leading to Saint-Jorioz on one side and Saint-Eustache on the other, towards Savoie.
