A 100-square-meter holiday cottage located on the ground floor and first floor of the owners’ home (who live on the other side of the building). Ideally located at the end of the road, with a remarkable view of the surrounding Countryside and no direct neighbors facing the holiday cottage. Separate entrance on the ground floor providing direct access to the kitchen and living room.
U-shaped built-in kitchen with a bar, dining area, and living room (TV on a stand, DVD player, coffee table, power-adjustable sofa, ottomans, hanging hammock, and small radio). Separate half-bath with sink. Laundry room with washing machine, sink, and storage.
Upstairs via the staircase: storage closet in the hallway, bathroom with corner tub and shower, double sinks on a vanity with a large mirror, and a toilet.
Bedroom 1 (160x200 bed, table, built-in closets with storage and hanging space, TV). Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190 that can be pushed together, closet with storage). Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190 that can be pushed together, closet with storage).
A locked and secure garage is available for storing belongings, skis, and bicycles. A table and chairs for two on a small porch in front of the entrance door. Spacious private furnished terrace with garden furniture, a large glass table, lounge chairs, and a parasol, plus a pétanque court.
Sheets and towels are included, and the beds are made on arrival.
