The ideal gîte for those who appreciate the charm of the past combined with modern comforts (large spaces, equipped kitchen, underfloor heating...). Numerous hiking trails and Bellevaux-Hirmentaz or Les Brasses family ski resorts nearby.

Detached 126 m² Holiday cottage on the first floor of a country house with no upstairs facilities. Entrance and circulation on one level in the Holiday cottage (small step in front of the entrance).
Access via the living room, with a fully-equipped kitchen and large dining table on one side, and a lounge on the other, comprising two areas: a small table in front of the bay window, and a lounge with sofas (one of which converts), armchairs, TV and coffee table. Fireplace for decorative purposes only.
Access corridor to 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 cm, open dressing room; bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 cm, closet; bedroom 3: 1 bed 120x190 cm and 2 beds 90x190 cm).
Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, WC, double vanity unit and heated towel rail. Laundry area with washing machine and additional sink. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Linen included. Please bring your own towels. Optional end-of-stay cleaning required. Underfloor heating by heat pump, wifi internet access. 2 pets allowed at extra cost.
Terrace in front of Holiday cottage with garden furniture, bench and unenclosed grounds. Small spring nearby. Easy access by car: access road runs parallel to the Holiday cottage and to the main road through the village.
The electrical installation is not designed for recharging cars and electric bikes: any use for this purpose, despite the ban, will be charged to tenants.
Village center 1.7 km away. Shops in Onnion (on the way in) and Bellevaux 6 km away. Ski resorts: Bellevaux/Hirmentaz 7 km or Les Brasses 11 km. Evian 35 km, Geneva 41 km, Annecy 65 km, Chamonix 67 km.
