Independent gite of 126 m² on the ground floor of a country house with no facilities upstairs. Entrance and circulation on one level in the gite (small step in front of the entrance).
Access through the living room with on one side the fitted kitchen and its large dining table, on the other the living room composed of two spaces: small table in front of the bay window and living room with sofas (including a convertible), armchairs, TV and coffee table. Decorative fireplace only.
Access corridor to the 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 cm, open dressing room; bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 cm, wardrobe; bedroom 3: 1 bed 120x190 cm and 2 beds 90x190 cm).
Bathroom with cabin shower, bath, WC, double washbasin on cupboard and heated towel rail. Laundry area with washing machine and additional sink. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Household linen included. It is necessary to bring your toilet line. End of stay cleaning to be carried out or fixed price offered. Floor heating by heat pump, wifi internet. 2 pets allowed.
Terrace in front of the gite with garden furniture, bench and open ground. Small source nearby. Easy access by car: access road parallel to the gîte and the main road through the village.
Village center 1.7 km. Shops in Onnion (on the way on arrival) and in Bellevaux 6 km away. Bellevaux/Hirmentaz ski resorts at 7 km or Les Brasses at 11 km. Evian at 35 km, Geneva at 41 km, Annecy at 65 km, Chamonix at 67 km.
