Small, detached 29m2 chalet in a quiet area of Passy, close to the thermal baths (1km).
The chalet is located next to the owner's house.
Beautiful views of the Fiz and Aravis ranges.
The chalet is laid out on a single level: integrated kitchenette opening onto living room (TV, bench), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
Private technical room at the rear of the chalet (for storing skis and bikes). Wifi Internet access. Electric heating.
Garden furniture with table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking in front of the gîte.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Local shops 900m away, supermarket 2.5km.
Spa park 1km away (20-minute walk): Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet thermal baths.
Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area 4km (Bettex gondola). Saint-Gervais train station and Mont-Blanc tramway 3.5km away: cogwheel train providing access to the Bellevue-Col de Voza plateau (Les Houches ski area), and numerous all-season hikes.

Carole Super séjour chez Jojo
Très bon accueil toute la semaine de Christelle avec ses conseils et ses attentions envers nous et notre chienne . Le chalet est très confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé au calme avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes . Je recommande vivement le gîte chez Jojo .au plaisir d’y retourner un jour .

Agnes Juste bien
Malgré un accueil chaleureux, nous sommes déçus du manque d'échanges et de conseils sur la région à visiter. Le chalet est plutôt bien situé pour le départ de randonnées. Il est propre mais pas soigné. En outre, la cuisine est peu fonctionnelle et encombrée avec du matériel non indispensable. On aurait aimé plus d'attention de la part de nos hôtes qui étaient pourtant à proximité, ce que la photo ne montre pas. Nous partions d'un gite dans la même configuration mais avec des hôtes de très bons conseils sans être invasifs.

Très bon séjour. Bel Accueil chaleureux de Christelle, logement propre, lumineux, bien aménagé,
calme, à proximité des nombreuses visites et découvertes touristiques de la région et des commerces .
