Small, detached 29m2 chalet in a quiet area of Passy, close to the thermal baths (1km).
The chalet is located next to the owner's house.
Beautiful views of the Fiz and Aravis ranges.
The chalet is laid out on a single level: integrated kitchenette opening onto living room (TV, bench), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
Private technical room at the rear of the chalet (for storing skis and bikes). Wifi Internet access. Electric heating.
Garden furniture with table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking in front of the gîte.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Local shops 900m away, supermarket 2.5km.
Spa park 1km away (20-minute walk): Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet thermal baths.
Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area 4km (Bettex gondola). Saint-Gervais train station and Mont-Blanc tramway 3.5km away: cogwheel train providing access to the Bellevue-Col de Voza plateau (Les Houches ski area), and numerous all-season hikes.
Passy leisure center 5km away (summer swimming). Nature reserves, Plateau d'Assy nearby.

Michele Très agréable séjour avec mes loulous
Très joli petit chalet cosy, bien situé, au calme avec une magnifique vue sur les Aravis et les aiguilles de Warens. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et généreux, j'ai été très bien accueilli avec ma petite ménagerie (2 chiens et 1chat). La proximité du parc thermal du Fayet permet de faire de belles promenades tranquilles avec les chiens. Nous reviendrons

Laurent et vero Super séjour
Gite super sympa et très bien situé avec une vue superbe confortable et chaleureux comme les propriétaires qui sont vraiment des gens formidable et d une gentillesse exceptionnelle nous avons passé une semaine géniale avec nos deux chiens des berger australien eux aussi ont apprécié leur séjour et les propriétaires nous les remercions et espérons y retourner l année prochaine je vous recommande ce gîte

véro et christ Gite agréable au calme et reposant
Très agréable petit gite bien équipé situé au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes un vrai moment reposant, un immense espace pour notre chien, l'accueil de Christelle de sa maman et Christophe excellent, ils mettent un point d’honneur pour que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement, une belle rencontre.
Nous venons plusieurs fois par an dans les alpes, ce petit gite nous a vraiment séduit, on s’y sent bien, il s’y dégage une très belle atmosphère vraiment 15 jours au top.- Cleanliness
