Between Lake Geneva, the beaches, the spa (Evian and Thonon) and the resort of Bernex, 109 m2 duplex gite adjoining the owners' renovated farmhouse and another gite. Separate entrance.
First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, shower room (shower, washing machine), separate toilet.
First floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm). Bathroom (bathtub)/wc.
Courtyard / large parking area shared by gîtes and owners at rear of house, private terrace, garden furniture, electric barbecue, large plot of land.
Bernex ski area 7km or Thollon 11km. Portes du Soleil 30' away. La Beunaz lake 4km (fishing and swimming). Evian: fitness center, port (water sports), golf. White-water sports on the Dranse.

ANDRE Excellent séjour
Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, charmante et très sympathique. Gite bien placé pour profiter de la montagne et du Léman. Le logement est grand, confortable, bien équipé. Nous étions 2 couples pour un séjour de 10 jours que nous avons pu placer entre un mardi et le jeudi de la semaine suivante, cette facilité est très appréciable. En conclusion, excellent séjour.

Gîte conforme aux descriptions, confortable, bien équipé, propre à notre arrivée.

Nono Gîte super
Nous avons passé de très bonnes fêtes de noêl dans ce gîte, en famille.
La propriétaire est très gentille, accueillante et aux petits soins. Le gîte est très confortable, très propre.

Pomponnette Confort
Gite très propre, très confortable. Canapé et literie impeccables. Très bien équipé et ne manque de rien. Spacieux. Nous étions 5 dont 2 enfants. Et chacun avait de la place. Gite bien situé et calme. La propriétaire discrete mais à l écoute et de bon conseil pour les visites. Sait ce qu' est la notion d accueil. Merci beaucoup. Nous avons été enchantés de notre quinzaine.

Sophie Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte où l'on se sent vraiment comme chez soi, la propriétaire est en plus super gentille et accueillante. Nous aimerions vivement revenir ici l'an prochain !
