Bathroom (bath, washing machine), separate toilet with washbasin.
Electric heating. Equipment room. Courtyard / large parking area shared by 2 gîtes and owners, terrace in front of gîte with furniture, electric barbecue. Large plot of land.
Bernex ski area 7 km or Thollon 11 km. Portes du Soleil 30' away. La Beunaz lake 4 km (fishing and swimming). Evian: fitness center, harbor (water sports), golf. White-water sports on the Dranse.

Damien Un magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte correspond parfaitement à la description. Une propriété irréprochable ! Une propriétaire au petit soin pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons cette adresse. À la fois proche du lac et de ses activités et proche de la vallée d’abondance avec l’accès aux pistes. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Gîte conforme aux attentes et bien équipé.Situation très calme et néanmoins proche de tout.Commodités à 2 minutes (supermarché,boulangerie,etc).Endroit charmant comme l’accueil de Pierrette propriétaire des lieux.Vraiment bien .Merci

Très bon accueil, gîte très propre, bien équipé, très calme et bien placé entre lac et montagne. Propriétaire adorable.
Proche de Thollon-les-Mémises et Bernex. Lieu idéal pour les randonnées.
