A 146-square-meter holiday cottage on the first floor of a building that includes two other units: a holiday cottage on the ground floor (with separate entrance) and a year-round rental in the attic (accessed via a shared interior staircase).
The entryway opens onto a spacious living area consisting of an open kitchen and a living room (sofas, armchairs, TV). Access to a private balcony and terrace (enclosed by a gate, with stairs leading to a shared yard shared with the year-round rental and the parking area).

Three steps lead to a half-floor comprising Bedroom 3 (180x200 cm bed) and the main bathroom (shower, washing machine, toilet), accessible from the bedroom.
Bedroom 4 is located on the left as you enter (bunk bed with one upper bunk (90x190 cm) and one lower bed (140x190 cm); sliding door).

The house is located in a hamlet set back from the departmental road between Faverges and Doussard.
