Chalet comprising a large 156m² Holiday cottage (+20m² attic space) with 6 bedrooms, garage, large terrace offering magnificent Mountain views. A 4-person apartment is also available for rent on the first floor of the Chalet. Separate entrance.
First floor: garage with Ski facilities (boot dryer, ski rack).
1st floor: fully-equipped kitchen, large living/dining room with fireplace (wood provided for 1st fire), TV, large dining table. Access to terrace. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200cm, 1 shower room with Italian shower, washing machine. Separate WC with washbasin.
2nd floor: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 5 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 6 (3 beds 90x190cm). 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access.

Ski: direct access to Chinaillon slopes (carpet 50m from Chalet to Charmieux chairlift). Shuttle bus stop 100m away. Chinaillon center (shops, restaurants) 1km away. Grand-Bornand center 6.5km away. Numerous summer and winter activities in Grand-Bornand (Ice rink, Piscine, Golf, hiking, etc.) and in the Aravis mountains, starting point for Hiking directly from the Chalet. Lake Annecy (Swimming, Beaches) 30km, Annecy 35km. Thônes 17km away.
Only 1 pet allowed. The housekeeping option must be taken out when a pet is present.
