102m² Holiday cottage (+7m² attic space) in a large chalet with 2 rental units (2nd accommodation on garden level, Gîtes de France® reference 136184). Shared entrance at the rear of the Chalet. Access and parking directly on the upper level of the Chalet.
Apartment located on the lower floor in relation to the parking area (interior staircase).
Holiday cottage on 2 levels:
1st level: fully-equipped kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace (wood provided for 1st fire), TV, dining table. Access to terrace. Bedroom 1: (1 bed 160cm), shower room (Italian shower). Separate WC.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160cm), bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x200cm which can be twinned). Small mezzanine with attic (ladder access, 1 bed 80x190cm). Shower room (Italian shower). Separate WC. Washing machine.
Large terrace with garden furniture and large tables, deckchairs, barbecue, magnificent views of the mountains. Table tennis.
1-car garage and 2 parking spaces. Ski room shared by 2 Holiday cottages.
Bed linen and towels included, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access.
Ski: direct access to the Chinaillon slopes (carpet 50m from the chalet), Charmieux chairlift 150m away and shuttle bus stop 350m from the chalet.
Chinaillon center (shops, restaurants) 1.5km away. Grand-Bornand center 7km away.
Numerous summer and winter activities in Grand-Bornand (ice rink, summer-only swimming pool, golf, hiking, etc.) and in the Aravis mountains, starting point for Hiking directly from the chalet. Lake Annecy (Swimming, Beaches) 30km, Annecy 35km. Thônes 17km away.
Only 1 pet allowed. The housekeeping option must be taken out when a pet is present.
