150m² semi-detached architect-designed chalet on 3 levels, in a quiet area with beautiful Mountain views. Area with 3 semi-detached dwellings (2 Holiday cottages and 1 dwelling occupied by the owners' family).
Ground floor: entrance hall with storage space. Fitted kitchen with central island, opening onto living and dining room: dining table, pellet stove (pellets supplied), corner sofa, TV. Access to balcony-terrace with many windows offering beautiful Mountain views. Separate wc.
1st floor: attic mezzanine (max. height 1.78m) which can be used as an office or Kids' area. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, dressing room, television, bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 separate wc).
Garden level (lower part of the Chalet), 3 other bedrooms: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, TV, open shower room, access to garden), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm, TV), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x200cm, TV), bathroom (bathtub), 1 separate toilet. Laundry/boiler room with washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Wifi Internet (fiber). 1-car garage with electric socket (possibility of recharging electric cars at extra charge) and 3 on-site parking spaces. Exterior surveillance camera at entrance. Ping-pong table.
Balcony - terrace with garden furniture, magnificent view of the mountains and Châtel village. Unenclosed garden on the lower part of the chale.
Châtel village center 1.5km away (shops, services, restaurants, "Forme d'O" aquatic center). Ski: Petit Châtel chairlift 400m away. Shuttle bus stop 400m away.
Lake Geneva, Thermal baths, Evian 40km away. Walks and hikes in the Abondance Valley. Multi Pass owner membership: a multitude of free or reduced-price activities during the summer season!

Jmon Gîte super agréable
Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille, gîte impeccable et très bien agencé, vue magnifique.

Nous avons été parfaitement et agréablement accueillis par Tita et son fils Antoine, des propriétaires aux petits soins durant la totalité du séjour. Un chalet parfaitement équipé, confortable, moderne, au calme et avec une vue extraordinaire.

Super location tant par l'emplacement au calme que par la qualité des services (literie très confortable, grande cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, de nombreux rangements et 1 réfrigérateur supplémentaire dans le garage)
