At the Col de la Croix Fry, independent chalet offering a magnificent panorama of the mountains, facing the ski slopes in winter. In summer, take advantage of the calm and the many hikes or other activities offered nearby in the Aravis. La Clusaz 7km away. Lake Annecy 30km. Thônes at 13km.

Detached Chalet 110m² on 3 levels facing the mountains (Ski slopes in winter).
Entrance via garage or outside stairs directly to 1st floor.
First floor: 2-car garage, shower room, separate toilet, laundry room. Ski/shoe room.
Chalet 1st floor: entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen opening onto living and dining room (fireplace not usable), access to balcony. Bedroom 1 with 1 x 160x200cm bed, bathroom (bath). Access to terrace on same level as living room. Separate wc.
2nd floor: bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm) and balcony, separate wc with washbasin.
Terrace with garden furniture, balconies, grounds. Private parking, 2-car garage.
Bed linen provided. Utilities not included, electricity consumption billed according to meter reading (€50 electricity paid by owner per week).
On the Croix Fry pass: restaurants, ski rental, Croix Fry-Merdassier ski resort linked to the La Clusaz ski area (on site, opposite the Chalet), Hiking, snowshoeing... Shops in La Clusaz 7km, Thônes 13km, Lake Annecy, beaches 27km, Annecy 33km. Numerous summer/winter hiking trails depart from the Chalet.
