At the Col de la Croix Fry, independent chalet offering a magnificent panorama of the mountains, facing the ski slopes in winter. In summer, take advantage of the calm and the many hikes or other activities offered nearby in the Aravis. La Clusaz 7km away. Lake Annecy 30km. Thônes at 13km.

A 110m² detached Chalet spread over 3 levels, facing the Mountains (Ski slopes in winter).
Entrance via the garage or via outdoor stairs leading directly to the 1st floor.
Ground floor of the Chalet: 2-car garage, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room. Ski and boot storage room.
First floor of the Chalet: entryway with closet, open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room (non-functional fireplace), access to the balcony.
Bedroom 1 with 1 bed (160x200 cm),
Bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet.
Access to the terrace on the same level as the living area.
On the second floor:
Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x190 cm),
Bedroom 3 (2 beds, 90x190 cm),
Bedroom 4 (1 bed, 160x200 cm) and balcony, separate toilet with sink.
Terrace with patio furniture, balconies, yard.
Private parking, 2-car garage.
Free shuttle service in front of the Chalet (winter and summer tourist seasons).
Bed linen provided, beds made.
Pets allowed only in summer.
Utilities not included from early October to early May: electricity consumption billed based on meter readings (€50 per week toward electricity covered by the owner).
Utilities included in the rate from early May to late September.
At the Col de la Croix Fry: restaurants, ski rentals, the Croix Fry-Merdassier ski resort connected to the La Clusaz ski area (on-site, across from the Chalet), hiking, snowshoeing...
