This 125-square-meter detached Chalet, spread over three levels and facing Mont Blanc, offers an exceptional location and view.
On the garden level: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90) with a private bathroom.
On the first floor: a built-in kitchen open to the living room, a 30m² wooden deck facing Mont Blanc, bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
On the second floor: a mezzanine with a bench, bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x200), and a bathroom with a toilet.
Lockable garage. Table tennis, foosball, and games are available.
Sheets are included and beds are made on arrival.
Ski-in/ski-out access 1 km away, Combloux 8 km away, Megève 12 km away, Chamonix 50 minutes away. Numerous hiking trails nearby in summer. Saint-Gervais-le-Fayet thermal baths 13 km away.

Bretons Parfait !!!
Ce chalet est parfait pour des vacances en famille.
Chacun dispose de son espace sur 3 niveaux.
Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et faire quelques spécialités savoyardes, des jeux, un babyfoot, une table de ping-pong...Des balades pour tous les goûts et le top du top, une vue extraordinaire sur le Mont Blanc.

Excellent séjour en famille ..le chalet est très bien équipé et les différentes chambres indépendantes et avec une salle d'eau et WC à chaque étage permet à chacun d'avoir son independance...la magnifique vue sur le mont blanc nous a enchanté tout au long de notre séjour...
