80m² duplex gîte on the 1st floor of a chalet located near the Col de la Croix Fry, including another adjoining gîte and the owners' winter accommodation on the same level (gîtes cannot be grouped together). Magnificent panoramic mountain views (Mont Charvin, La Tournette...). Mountain atmosphere. Access by outside staircase.
Capacity: 6 people maximum, including children and babies.

Kitchen opening onto living room, access to south-facing balcony, shower room/wc.
Duplex: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, 1 bed 90x190cm, balcony), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony), shower room, separate wc. Safe-deposit box.
Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
Bed linen: for 140cm beds, fitted sheets, comforters and pillowcases are provided, but you'll need to bring your own comforter cover (which can be rented from the owners). For the 90cm bed, bed linen is provided.
Please bring your own bathroom linen. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Washing machine shared by 2 gîtes. Bicycle and ski room with shoe dryer on garden level. Private parking lot.

Free ski bus 100m from chalet to La Croix Fry / Merdassier ski resorts (linked to La Clusaz), Thônes 10km, Lake Annecy and its beaches 24km, Annecy 31km.
