With a surface area of 20 m2, this small chalet with its warm, cosy interior is a haven of peace, set in grassy grounds with trees and shade, with a south-west-facing terrace (garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol, plancha grill).
It includes a fully-equipped kitchenette (small fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave oven, 1 electric coffeemaker, 1 Senseo pod), a TV dining area, a sleeping area with two single beds (90x200) that can be twinned, a shower room with WC, electric heating, private parking and a beautiful view of the mountains.
The chalet is set in a large plot that includes another chalet + the owners' house.
Situated on a plateau between lake and mountains, the village of Larringes (1,200 inhabitants) boasts beautiful countryside (many signposted walks), a forest with a fitness trail, grocery store and bread depot, pharmacy, bistro, supermarket (3.5km), and several farms in the vicinity selling their produce.
The spa town of Evian-les-Bains is only 15 minutes (5km) away by car. You'll also find a golf course, casino, swimming pool with waterslide and lakeside promenades. In Amphion, between Evian and Thonon, a large landscaped park and supervised beach. Switzerland with Montreux and Geneva 40km away, Lausanne 70km.
