Cosy little detached chalet for 2 people with private terrace, garden and parking. Between Lake Geneva and the mountains, 8km from Evian-les-Bains, a fifteen-minute drive from the small family resorts of Bernex and Thollon-les-Memises.

With a floor area of 20 m², this small Chalet, featuring a cozy and warm interior, is a haven of peace, set on a grassy, tree-lined, and shaded lot, complete with a southwest-facing terrace (garden table and chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, and a griddle).
It includes a fully equipped kitchenette (small refrigerator, 2-burner glass-ceramic stove, a microwave oven, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 Senseo pod machine), a dining/TV area, a sleeping area with two single beds (90x200) that can be pushed together, a bathroom with shower and toilet, Electric heating, private parking, and a beautiful view of the Mountains.
The Chalet is situated on a large lot that includes another Chalet and the owners’ home.
Located on a plateau between the Lake and the Mountains, the village of Larringes (population 1,200) offers a beautiful countryside setting (with numerous marked hiking trails), a forest with a fitness trail, a grocery store and bread shop, a Pharmacy, a bistro, a supermarket (3.5 km), and several nearby farms selling their produce.
Evian-les-Bains, a spa city, is just a 15-minute (5 km) drive away. There you’ll also find a golf course, a Casino, a beautiful Piscine with a water slide, and walking paths along the entire length of the Lake. In Amphion, between Evian and Thonon, there is a large landscaped park and a supervised Beach. Switzerland—including Montreux and Geneva—is 40 km away, and Lausanne is 70 km away.
