Luminous 142m2 detached Chalet (+garage) finished to a very high standard, located in the hills above Combloux, with breathtaking views over the valley and surrounding mountains: Mont-Blanc, Fiz.
The Chalet has 3 levels. Facing south and east (Mont-Blanc).
Access to the main level of the Chalet from the parking lot.
Main level: open-plan entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (TV, sofa, reading area), separate toilet.
On the lower level of the Chalet: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, semi-open shower room), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm which can be grouped together, Tv, private bathroom with bathtub), bedroom 3 (4 beds 90x200cm, 2 of which are raised), Wellbeing/fitness room (sauna, bike), shower room, laundry room, separate wc.
Chalet first floor: bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv, office area, shower room), bedroom 5 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv, semi-open shower room).
South and east terraces, with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and electric barbecue on the south terrace. Small plot of land.
Heated 17m2 garage with storage space for skis, and reinforced socket. Private courtyard (3 spaces available).
